Tyler has had a variety of fitness interests such as baseball, mixed martial arts, boxing, and Muay Thai. He has competed in Reality Fighting MMA amateur events as well as Golden Gloves Boxing Tournament. He has recently added CrossFit to his diverse repertoire and has received his Level 1 CrossFit certification. Tyler encourages a balance of good nutrition, cardio, body weight and weight training in order to obtain ones optimal fitness goals. His diverse background ensures his clients a well-rounded rigorous workout.
