Drew is a lifelong athlete with an obsession for fitness and human performance. His athletic background includes a highly successful football and track career at Somers High School and he is now running track at Lehman College (Bronx, NY) where he studies exercise science/kinesiology. He also did a little over a year of Marine Corps NROTC at The Citadel – Military College of South Carolina where he scored a perfect 300 on the Marine Corps PFT (Physical Fitness Test) and CFT (Combat Fitness Test). Drew is a passionate student of the science of fitness and human performance. He has been training others for 3+ years now and has been helping athletes get bigger, stronger, and faster for their sports as well as helping non-athletes get in the best shape of their lives.
