Boxing For Fitness One-On-One

Personal boxing instructional workouts for men and women of all ages, shapes, and sizes in a fun and friendly environment.

Our highly skilled and experienced trainers will show you how to achieve the confidence, athleticism and agility of a boxer without the risk of injury from getting hit.

Not only will you learn tricks of the trade from competitive boxers, at Lexington Avenue Gym you’ll have access to state of the art equipment, including an authentic full-size Boxing Ring. You will have a great time as our trainers motivate you through intense sets of hitting pads, conditioning exercises and core work to get into fighting shape.

Kids Boxing For Fitness

When we said ‘all ages,’ we meant it! Boxing-For-Fitness is a fun and effective way for kids to develop the confidence, athleticism, and self-awareness they need to grow up happy, healthy, and safe. Similar to adults, we offer one-on-one training sessions or partner boxing if you prefer to train with a friend.
