My interest in leading a healthy lifestyle began at a young age. I found my athletic identity as assistant head coach football at high school level, 7 years as a Varsity softball coach as well as varsity tennis coach at SUNY Purchase College. While coaching others has been in the forefront, I also became well versed in baseball, football, skiing, racquetball, tennis and weightlifting.
In 2018, I began looking for a new challenge and found Krav Maga. My passion for fitness and Krav Maga inspired me to become an instructor and allowed me to hone in on my skills with boxing, weightlifting and full body training.
When I began my endeavor in the fitness industry, It took me years to thoroughly examine my workouts, strengths, and put together a dynamic regimen for each and every one of my clients. For me, a healthy lifestyle is much more than just lifting weights. It’s about stretching, warming up, healthy eating habits, and getting necessary rest. I love helping others see and experience what their bodies are capable of with just hard work and diligence. I make it a goal to help you achieve a happy and well-balanced lifestyle. I help people who need the inspiration to stay motivated and reach their goals.
