Nina Preizler

Nina Preizler, a Bedford Hills resident and mother of three, transformed her lifelong commitment to health and fitness into a thriving career after conquering breast cancer. As the owner and operator of Lexington Avenue Gym and Rock Steady Boxing Westchester, she is dedicated to shaping healthier bodies and happier minds.

With over 25 years of fitness experience, including four years as an NCAA Track and Cross Country athlete at SUNY Stony Brook, Nina has spent a decade teaching in both New York City and Westchester. Her background is further enriched by a Master’s degree in Bilingual and ESL Education. Nina infuses her work with a unique passion and energy, empowering others to achieve their fitness goals.
