Sergio Chicon

Sergio is a dynamic boxing trainer specializing in strength and conditioning. Prior to working as a trainer, he competed in the amateur boxing circuit.  With over 20 years of boxing experience and 13 years in personal and group fitness training, he brings an upbeat and energetic approach to every workout, making them both intense and enjoyable.

In addition to his fitness expertise, Sergio is a talented stand-up comedian who has toured clubs and theaters nationwide. He has appeared on Netflix and Comedy Central and is a regular performer in New York City’s comedy scene, as well as on popular podcasts.
