How many weight divisions does boxing have?
Boxing had eight weight divisions in both men’s and women’s boxing. However more divisions were added, and professional governing bodies now recognize a total of 17 weight classes. They start with minimum weight to heavyweight, unlimited.

There is really no age limit when it comes to personal training. However and like many other sports; if you want to become a professional, the earlier you start the better the chances you can make it to the professional divisions. As far as boxing is concerned, it really depends on the weight and talent. A good age to start boxing is around eight to 10 years of age, although boxers can’t box professionally until they’re 18 years old.
